What we collect
When you submit the consultation form we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, immigration status, goals and any message. We do not ask for your SIN or banking details through this website.
How it's used
Information is used only to respond to your inquiry and, with your further consent, to help arrange mortgage financing. If you proceed with an application, information may be shared with prospective lenders, insurers and Mortgage Alliance as required to process it.
Storage & security
Submissions are stored securely with access restricted to authorized personnel. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing MROBEL@MESHESHAGROUP.COM. We handle personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA.
